FUTSAL (Futbol Sala / Indoor Football)
Futsal started in 1930 when Juan Carlos Ceriani, a teacher in Montevideo, Uruguay, created a version of indoor football for the YMCAs. Futsal is played by more than 12 million people throughout 110 countries.
The RISRC Futsal Academy has been established with a clear mission: to train and develop the next generation of Futsal referees. As part of this initiative, we’ve launched a series of specialized training webinars led by FIFA Futsal Instructor Shane Butler, whose expertise is guiding our officials toward excellence.
